I contacted Trisha to let her know, and not only did she and another professional, Paige, work with me right there to rectify the situation. Props to my saleslady (whose name I have sadly forgotten) for her can do attitude. Fast and efficient yet friendly and thorough. The items arrived nicely padded with brown paper. Im so happy youve stopped using those hard-to-dispose-of styrofoam peanuts. Fast to ship reasonable prices. Just excellent all around!
